Arrival
when arriving at the salon please be aware of the fact that you have to park at thee Oliver apartments. the salon it self is located on peachtree blvd .
Policy
Due to the nature of the items that we sell, we DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds on any hair/products.
Please be sure to choose the correct lengths and textures before checking out with your order.
- JUST A REMINDER the deposit is deducted from your total price, DEPOSITS are non-refundable.
- If you missed/no-show your schedule appointment you will be restricted from setting another appointment.
- Absolutely NO KIDS AND/OR EXTRA PEOPLE are allowed, due to limited space and privacy of the appointment.
- All services includes a wash and condition!
Shipping
- Billing address must match the shipping address. If billing address does not match the shipping address we require a photo ID of the billing person address for secondary confirmation. Any orders placed with different shipping address than the billing will be refunded if we do not receive secondary ID email.
- All orders shipped are required a signature confirmation before receiving.
Shipping Process
Orders ships 3 to 5 business days, after being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed during promotional sales may take longer (5-10 days) before items ship.
- All orders place after 6pm Eastern Time will not be processed until the next business day.
Payment
- CASH ONLY! Due to severity of scamming,sorry for the inconvenience. Services must be paid in full when entering the salon.
Re-usesages of Hair
- IF you are re-using your hair bring extensions clean, free of thread and ready to install. THIS APPLIES TO HAIR BROUGHT FROM travelinshears.
